Jason Tompkins, partner in the Birmingham office and chair of the Issues & Appeals Practice, and Jonathan Hoffmann, partner in the Birmingham office and member of the Consumer Finance Litigation Practice, will present at the ACA International Convention on July 29, 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jason and Jonathan’s presentation, "Did I Catch You at a Bad Time? How to Communicate with Consumers under Regulation F,"  will discuss the five broad categories of rules for creditors when communicating with consumers under this regulation, including time and place restrictions, revocations and opt-outs, presumption of violations and compliance, emails and texts, and limited-content messages.
