In Memoriam - William Dice "Bo" Lineberry

It is with deep sadness that we share that William Dice “Bo” Lineberry passed away on April 12, 2022. 

Bo is survived by his wife, Sally, and his children, Morgan and William. 

Bo joined the firm in 1997, after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1992 and earning his L.L.M in Taxation from New York University. 

Bo was a well-regarded tax attorney, widely recognized for his work in economic development, non-profit formation, governance and state and local taxation. He represented businesses, individuals, public charities, private foundations, social welfare organizations and business leagues across Alabama and the Southeast. He was recognized by Best Lawyers in America for nonprofit/charity Law and served as an active member of the Alabama Law Institute Committee on Nonprofits.

He was a beloved husband, father, friend and firm partner and will be missed by all.
