Robert Baxley and Irving Jones Selected for Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum Class 17
Balch & Bingham is pleased to announce attorneys Robert V. Baxley and Irving W. Jones Jr., members of the firm’s Litigation Practice, were selected to participate in Class 17 of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum.
Leadership Forum develops leadership skills and values among a select group of qualified, promising attorneys each year. Since its inception in 2005, it has illuminated a pathway for more than 430 graduates to move the profession forward with ethical, service-minded, and community leadership. Leadership Forum takes a highly innovative approach to an array of subjects informing the development of leadership skills and presence. The Forum’s leadership model enhances professionalism as it calls for sharing power and helping others develop and perform to the best of their ability.
Robert has a diverse litigation practice focusing on complex litigation and appeals. He has experience handling class actions, trade secret and noncompete matters, civil rights cases, toxic tort litigation, financial services litigation, and complex contractual disputes.
Irving’s practice focuses on internal investigations for highly regulated industries and products, casualty, and medical malpractice litigation. He litigates on behalf of a variety of corporations and utilities across the southeast in both federal and state courts.
