Zach focuses his practice on real estate and real estate financing. He regularly works with a wide variety of banks, financial institutions, real estate developers, and business owners, assisting them with entity formation, land use, zoning, and entitlement work, real estate financing, real estate closings, leasing, and other items necessary for project completion.
Kimano focuses his practice on business, commercial, construction and complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. Additionally, he supports clients in real estate, land use and zoning matters. He is a former assistant state attorney for the State of Florida where he managed and litigated a high volume of diverse cases ranging from municipal ordinances to felonies.
