Chris Kimble Named to Inaugural Class of AI Strategy Training for AAA Arbitrators
Chris Kimble, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and Chair of the firm’s Healthcare Litigation Practice, has completed the inaugural training offered by the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (AAA-ICDR®) on the use of Clearbrief’s AI-powered writing platform.
Chris, who also serves as an arbitrator with the AAA, was selected as a member of the first group of AAA-ICDR arbitrators selected to receive training on the new Clearbrief platform. The training equips arbitrators with tools to responsibly and effectively integrate artificial intelligence into their dispute resolution processes. The Clearbrief platform aims to enhance efficiency on AAA-ICDR administered cases by streamlining document summarization, drafting and factchecking processes.
The training emphasizes the importance of using AI responsibly—to enhance efficiency without compromising accuracy, thoroughness, or professional integrity.
Chris maintains a regional practice throughout the Southeast that is devoted primarily to the litigation of healthcare-related issues. He regularly works with clients on matters including class actions, multi-district litigation, arbitrations, and administrative actions involving managed care liability, RICO, HIPAA, insurance disputes, arbitration, medical malpractice, ERISA disputes, provider reimbursement, insurance fraud and abuse, False Claims Act, willing provider laws, medical, drug and device liability, antitrust, peer review, staff privileges, contract disputes, professional licensure, and federal and state regulated insurance programs. In addition, Chris maintains an active counseling practice in these areas.
