Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon Presents on OSHA Trends and Employer Risk Management at NELC Annual Conference
Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon, partner in the firm’s Atlanta office and member of the Labor & Employment Practice, spoke at the National Employment Law Council’s (NELC) 2026 Annual Conference held April 29 – May 1, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Tashwanda served as a panelist in the discussion, “What Employment Lawyers Need to Know About OSHA.” The panel explored key Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issues impacting employers, including enforcement trends, workplace hazard recognition, government inspections, employee complaints, internal investigations, and practical compliance strategies for reducing operational and legal risk.
Drawing on her extensive experience advising employers on OSHA matters, workplace incidents, and crisis response, Tashwanda shared practical guidance for proactively managing workplace safety obligations and navigating government investigations following serious workplace accidents.
Tashwanda regularly represents employers in labor and employment disputes and advises clients on workplace compliance, litigation risk, and day-to-day employment issues. She is frequently called upon to guide companies through high-stakes OSHA investigations, litigation, and crisis management matters.
