Intermountain Legionella Conference 2019
Walter Boone is a keynote speaker at the Intermountain Legionella Symposium on March 27th, 2019. Walter will be discussing the legal implications of designing, constructing, or maintaining buildings and how to reduce the legal liability.
Walter represents defendants named in Legionnaires’ disease litigation across the country and is one of the few lawyers in the country who have on-the-ground experience defending these claims. Walter is a regular speaker on Legionnaires’ disease litigation. Walter is also the former chairperson of the Environmental and Energy Law Committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
