Phil Buffington, partner in the firm’s Jackson office and member of the Banking & Financial Services Practice, will speak at the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) LIVE annual conference, March 16, 2024, in Orlando, Florida.

Phil will deliver a presentation titled "Great Leaders Establish Great Succession Plans: How to Get it Right!" Succession planning is paramount for the sustained success and resilience of community banks. Phil will delve into the intricacies of succession planning and provide examples of successful planning, equipping attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to craft and implement effective succession plans within their organizations.
