About Aria
Q&A
  • What types of clients do you represent?

I represent a wide range of clients involved in all types of litigation, including banks, insurance companies, large distribution companies, and educational institutions.

  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

While clerking in the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals, I had the opportunity to observe cases from inception through the appeals process. I learned the importance of paying attention to every detail in a case and ensuring that procedural requirements are always met. In addition, I also learned what kind of advocacy is and is not effective before the courts and a jury. I apply these lessons from my years with the federal courts to serve my clients each and every day.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?
  • How are you involved in your community?
