Q&A
  • What types of clients do you represent?
I routinely advise oil & gas operators, international oilfield services contractors, midstream operators, engineering contractors and project developers, shipping and maritime companies, technology companies, and aviation companies.
  • What do you see on the horizon in your area of practice?

I think we are facing a brave new world of “smart contracting,” blockchain, and enhanced AI in commercial transactions, which is changing the landscape of commercial agreements in almost every industry. This will not only impact our clients, but also our engagement as outside legal advisors as we continue to analyze proper risk allocation and commercial terms in commercial agreements.
