Her focus is on administrative and compliance matters under the Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Whitney focuses on national and state level environmental law issues.
I represent individuals, municipalities, businesses, trade associations, electric utilities, manufacturing companies and industrial companies.
Prior to my work at Balch, I earned my master's in aquatic sciences from the University of Georgia. I worked in Washington, D.C. in the House of Representatives and in Tallahassee, Florida at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. My background in science and public policy have helped to influence my practice in environmental and natural resource law.
