  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

    I genuinely enjoy taking on a challenging issue for a client and coming up with a creative solution to help them achieve their goals in the best way possible. There is no greater excitement than having that eureka moment with a client as we figure out a uniquely creative way to solve a complex issue.

  • What type of matters do you work on most often?

    My main work is on assisting clients with navigating a broad range of corporate matters such as entity structuring and formation, day-to-day operations, debt and equity financing, and the purchase or sale of assets.
