    I typically represent lenders and lender groups, trade creditors, bondholders, indenture trustees, asset purchasers, and landlords in out of court workouts and chapter 11 proceedings.

    Chapter 11 proceedings involving the energy and retail industries.

  • What do you see on the horizon in your area of practice?

    I foresee a continued increase in the number of bankruptcy cases filed on a national level due to the COVID-19 epidemic and depressed oil and gas prices.
