  • Antitrust counsel - expansion into unregulated markets: Representation of public utilities in connection with their expansion into markets not regulated by state public service commissions and the antitrust implications of doing so. (Ongoing)
  • Antitrust counsel - electric utilities: Representation of vertically integrated electric utilities with regard to antitrust counseling and compliance matters. (Ongoing)
  • Antitrust counsel - compliance training: Representation of electric utility clients in the development of antitrust compliance training materials. Conduct antitrust compliance training seminars for executive management, inside counsel and employees. (Ongoing)
