Letters of credit: Represented beneficiary in review and approval of hundreds of millions of dollars in letters of credit. (2016)
Emissions allowances: Represented parties in emissions allowance transactions. (2016 and previous)
Crane leases: Represented lessee in negotiating and documenting multi-million dollar transactions. (2010, 2013, 2015)
Energy standards: Heavily involved in the North American Energy Standards Board's development of the Energy Services Provider Interface Standard. (2015)
