About Chris
Q&A
  • How are you involved in your community?

I have served on the boards of multiple organizations including Autism Speaks in Georgia, the Childhood Autism Foundation, and the American Diabetes Association (Father’s Day Committee).  I regularly take pro-bono projects to assist those who do not otherwise have the resources to advocate for themselves in legal proceedings.  My wife is a Representative in the Georgia General Assembly.  We are both active in our children’s activities and schools.

  • What do you see on the horizon of your area of practice?

Financial services clients continue to face evolving regulatory and litigation challenges—both at the federal and state level.  Our job is to ensure that our clients are aware of these issues, avoid them when possible, and address them when necessary.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?
  • Which Courts or agencies do you most often appear before on behalf of your clients?
