Walter M. Beale Jr.

I primarily represent publicly-held companies and their boards of directors.  I have also regularly represented non-profit organizations.

I very much enjoy working with accomplished corporate executives and assisting them in attracting and acquiring capital necessary to operate and grow their businesses.

I am former chair and current board of directors member of The Lakeshore Foundation, an organization whose mission is to enable people with physical disabilities and chronic health conditions to lead healthy, active, and independent lifestyles through physical activity, sport, recreation, advocacy, policy and research.  I also serve as Senior Warden Emeritus of the Cathedral Church of the Advent (Episcopal).
