Which courts or agencies do you most often appear before on behalf of your clients?

I frequently appear in front of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings, Railroad Commission of Texas, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), various other state regulatory commissions across the Southern and Southwestern United States, as well as the courts of Texas in administrative appeals and utility related matters.

I represent electric utilities, natural gas utilities, and pipeline companies.

Served as lead counsel in five major rate cases before the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
Supported and handled witnesses at hearing in several other utility rate cases across the Southern and Southwestern United States.
Served as lead counsel in fuel reconciliation cases before the Public Uility Commission of Texas involving the review of billions of dollars of fuel expenditures for a vertically integrated utility.
Served as lead counsel in various other utility rate setting proceedings.
