What do you find most exciting about your work?

The exciting part about practicing law is the opportunity to be both a problem solver and a trusted adviser. Our clients rely on us not only to identify and resolve issues, but also to continuously provide guidance moving forward. Playing both roles can be challenging, but is always rewarding.
What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

I worked in the service industry through high school, college, and law school. It was a fantastic foundation for handling clients and issues in legal practice. It gave me the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, learn strong time management, teamwork, and how to quickly solve problems.
