Laura Lacy Gardner

During my time in law school, I participated in a semester-long internship with the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). My time in Washington, D.C. with the EPA allowed me to gain hands-on experience with rulemaking procedures, the investigatory process, and implementation of enforcement against violators that I apply when working with clients on compliance issues.

I primarily represent large utility companies and manufacturing and industrial companies.

The environmental compliance space encompasses a broad range of regulatory issues, so each day is different. I enjoy assisting clients with their various compliance needs so that they can continue to operate smoothly and effectively.
