  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

    The most exciting part of my work is that each day brings a new challenge that allows me to collaborate with clients and colleagues to find a strategic solution. I enjoy providing our clients with assistance and solutions to various legal challenges that affect their daily operations.

  • What type of clients do you represent?

    I primarily represent large utility companies. I also represent other industrial and manufacturing companies.

  • What type of matters do you work on most often?

    I assist electric utilities throughout state permitting processes, from permit application to day-to-day compliance obligations. I also regularly help clients understand their regulatory responsibilities as the ever-changing environmental regulation landscape.

Select Matters

  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist clients on issues with compliance, permitting, and liability issues under RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, and state regulations, including issues related to the disposal and recycling of and the management of used oil.
  • Regulatory Rulemakings: Prepare comments for various energy, industrial, and trade association clients to federal and state rulemakings.
