About Eric
Eric is recognized for his commercial approach to handling transactions and getting the deal done smoothly.
Q&A
  • What type of clients do you represent?

International, national and regional banks, as well as direct lenders and other financial institutions.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?
I am a people person. I love getting to know my client and their industry. I need to understand what they want and how to best represent them. I love providing advice and strategizing with a client on structuring a transaction or providing creative solutions to otherwise seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Ultimately, I believe in a commercial approach to lawyering, and at the end of the deal, I want all parties to walk away feeling good about it.
