What types of clients do you represent?

I routinely represent intrastate natural gas, oil, and liquid pipeline companies. I also advise gas gathering and processing companies, gas marketers, oil-and-gas waste disposal operators, and oil-and-gas storage operators.
What types of matters do you work on most often?

I represent clients in state and federal litigation cases including contested hearings at the Railroad Commission. I also advise clients with regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, contested case hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
