  • What types of matters do you work on most often?
    Through my career, I have represented clients in matters involving rate cases, Certificates of Convenience and Necessity for new transmission lines, merger and change of control transactions, and industry restructuring issues, among other things.

    I primarily represent electric utilities.  I also represent and advise other participants in the electric industry in Texas.

  • Represented Texas electric utilities at the Public Utility Commission of Texas in matters involving mergers, asset sales, and change of control transactions.
  • Represented Texas electric utilities at the Public Utility Commission of Texas in rate cases. Advised Texas electric utilities concerning pending and proposed legislation.
  • Represented and advised transmission developer concerning proposed interstate connection to ERCOT.
