- Regulated Litigation: Litigated more than 25 rate cases on behalf of applicant electric and gas utilities before state regulators in Texas and Georgia. Have appeared as an intervenor in numerous other utility cases in Colorado, Missouri, Illinois and New Mexico.
- Commercial Litigation: Have represented numerous entities as both plaintiff and defendant in disputes arising out of Winter Storm Uri in Texas.
- International Energy: Developed bids to construct international pipelines and designed energy policy for sovereign African nation to stimulate third party investment in energy infrastructure.
- ERCOT: Participated in numerous NOGRR and NOPRR rulemakings. Worked with clients from all ERCOT industry sectors, including load, generation and transmission.
