I served as the Assistant Parliamentarian for the Texas House of Representatives where I had the opportunity to work with all 150 members of the House to solve their procedural issues. During this time, I developed an extensive understanding of the Texas legislative process and the people and issues integral to state politics.

  • How are you involved in your community?

I give back to my community by mentoring undergraduate and graduate students at The University of Texas and serving as a board member for Keep Austin Fed, a non-profit focused on minimizing food insecurity and food waste.
