About Christina
Q&A
  • What type of matters do you work on most often?

I work on matters involving all aspects of labor and employment law. In litigation, represent clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, in both state and federal court, and in arbitration. I handle all aspects of discovery, including cases requiring electronic discovery. I also advise clients on concerns or questions about employment issues, including advising clients on how to hire and terminate employees, restrictive covenants, employment policies, and other topics.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

The most exciting part of my work is understanding a client’s problem and finding a way to solve it. The workplace is always evolving and presents new challenges and questions constantly. Whether it is helping a client hire their first employee or representing a company in a lawsuit, I enjoy partnering with clients to understand their business in order to find a solution. The most satisfying part of my job is being able to answer a client’s question with an answer that is tailored to fit their needs.
