Additionally, we have served as legal counsel in conjunction with numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestiture projects and taxable and tax-exempt financings with the transactions ranging in size from $100,000 - $4.25 billion. We regularly advise on antitrust issues associated with mergers and consolidations.  Our attorneys have experience advising clients on healthcare compliance plans and provide assistance with compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) by drafting HIPAA policies and procedures.
