NERC Submits First Quarter 2015 Variance Report

On May 15, 2015, in Docket No. FA11-21, NERC submitted its budget-to-actual variance report for the first quarter of 2015. The filings is made in accordance with a 2013 order approving a Settlement Agreement between FERC’s Office of Enforcement and NERC.
