On June 24, 2015, in Docket No. RD13-12, NERC submitted an informational filing identifying revisions to Texas Reliability Entity, Inc.'s ("Texas RE") Primary Frequency Response Reference Document to Regional Reliability Standard BAL-001-TRE-001, Primary Frequency Response in the ERCOT Region. The Commission approved BAL-001-TRE-01 on January 16, 2014.
