FERC Approves NERC 2016 Business Plan and Budget

On November 2, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-16, FERC issued an order approving NERC’s 2016 Business Plan and Budgets, for NERC, each Regional Entity, and the Western Interconnection Regional Advisory Body. NERC submitted the business plan and budgets for approval on August 24, 2015. Thereafter, NERC also submitted additional information regarding the business plan and budgets on September 29, 2015, as well as answers to comments on the business plan and budgets on September 30, 2015.
