NERC Submits Third Quarter Budget Variance Report

On November 13, 2015, in Docket No. FA11-21, NERC submitted an unaudited budgeted-to-actual variance report for the third quarter of 2015. The filing is made in compliance with the Commission approved settlement agreement between FERC's Office of Enforcement and NERC related to the Office of Enforcement's 2012 audit of NERC's budgeting process.
