Bea Tolsdorf Presented: Negotiating Physician Employment and Recruitment Agreements to Residents at The University of Mississippi Medical Center

Bea Tolsdorf attorney in the firm’s Jackson office and member of the Health Law Practice, presented “Negotiating Physician Employment and Recruitment Agreements” to medical residents at The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. During the January 28, 2020 presentation, Bea detailed the legal constraints associated with employee and physician recruitment agreements, as well as sources of law that can create conflicts for each. She noted helpful tips to save residents time, money and prevent issues after employee agreements have been finalized.
