Brittany Temple Joins Balch & Bingham’s Litigation Practice in Atlanta

Balch & Bingham is pleased to announce that Brittany Temple has joined the firm’s Litigation, Commercial & Class Action and Product Liability & Casualty Litigation Practices as an associate in the Atlanta office. 

Brittany will focus her practice on civil litigation matters, including personal injury, property disputes, and complex commercial litigation and will advise and represent clients at every stage of litigation in both state and federal courts.

Balch’s Litigation Practice, includes more than 90 attorneys who handle a wide variety of disputes, and its attorneys appear in state and federal courthouses and before arbitration panels throughout the country. Their experience covers almost every area of the law, ranging from complex commercial litigation to personal injury and products liability.

Brittany received her J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in political science, magna cum laude, from Coastal Carolina University. She is an active member of the Women’s Energy Network and the recipient of the Keith J. Shapiro Award for Excellence in Consumer Bankruptcy Writing.
