Brandi Russell Discusses Joining Balch & Bingham as Chief Diversity Officer with Law360 Pulse
Brandi Russell, chief diversity & inclusion officer and director of talent management, was recently featured in Law360 Pulse where she discussed her new role leading diversity and talent recruitment strategy at Balch & Bingham.
In the article, “Balch & Bingham Creates New Diversity Officer Role,” Brandi shared with Law360 her plans and goals for her new position at Balch, and her commitment to sustaining the diversity efforts she worked to foster during her previous role in law school admissions at The University of Alabama School of Law.

As chief diversity & inclusion officer and director of talent management, Brandi will work alongside firm leadership and its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council to lead the firm’s diversity strategy, addressing opportunities to enhance diversity and inclusion at every level. In addition, she will expand recruitment and retention initiatives with a focus on next generation talent. Brandi will also direct the implementation of the firm’s professional development program to ensure attorneys have the resources needed to achieve their career goals and deliver greater value to clients.
