David Bowsher Presents at 2021 American Bankruptcy Institute’s Southeastern Bankruptcy Workshop

Balch and Bingham partner and member of the firm’s of the Creditor’s Rights & Bankruptcy practice, David Bowsher has been tapped to present at the 2021 Southeastern Bankruptcy Workshop hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). The workshop is being held in Palm Beach, Fla. from July 29-August 2, 2021.

David and other industry experts will participate in a panel session “I Can Use § 363 for That?!” which will discuss recent developments in the sale context and unusual uses of § 363.
