Irving Jones to Moderate In-House Counsel Panel at 2022 DRI Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Seminar

Irving Jones, attorney in the Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, has been tapped to moderate “A Look Ahead from In-House”, a panel presentation bringing together distinguished in-house counsel from various industries to discuss how their roles have evolved and predictions for the future, at the 2022 DRI Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Seminar.  The seminar will take place March 14-16 in Atlanta. Irving is a member of the steering committee for the seminar. 

Attorneys will gather from across the country for this event hosted by the defense bar to obtain knowledge on the latest developments in environmental litigation, important trends in toxic court cases, climate change and more. The seminar will also provide an opportunity to gather and network with others in their field. 

Irving focuses his practice on environmental and commercial litigation, primarily handling toxic torts and business dispute cases. His practice often involves resolving complex legal issues that require dynamic litigation strategies. Irving litigates on behalf of a variety of corporations and utilities across the southeast in both federal and state courts. Additionally, he is listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, Ones to Watch; a Mid-South Super Lawyers, Rising Star and was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as a Rising Star of Law.
