BTI Consulting Names Balch & Bingham Leader in Client Service in 2022 “Client Service A-Team” Report

Balch & Bingham is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as an unparalleled leader in client service in BTI Consulting’s "BTI Client Service A-Team 2022: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance." 

This year’s list is the outcome of 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decision makers from the world’s leading organizations. According to BTI Consulting’s research, 650 core law firms serve large and Fortune 1000 clients. However, less than half of these firms earn a spot in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2022. 

Now in its 21st year, the ranking is based on direct and unprompted feedback from corporate counsel who were asked to name firms that excelled in the following areas: unprompted communication, commitment to help, understands the client’s business, deals with unexpected changes, deals with complexity, innovative approach and keeps clients informed.

Balch was first recognized by BTI Consulting as a leader in client service in its Client Service A-Team 2018 report.  In 2019, BTI Consulting recognized the firm as a leader in best brand standing in its “BTI Brand Elite Report: Client Perceptions of the Best-Branded Law Firms.” In 2021, the firm was again listed on the Client Service A-Team report for its leadership in client service among law firms nationwide.
