Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon Selected to Atlanta Business League 2022 List of “Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence”

Balch & Bingham is proud to announce Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon, partner in the Atlanta office and member of the Labor & Employment Practice, was selected as one of “Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence” by the Atlanta Business League. This annual list, published since 1994, honors Black women in the metro Atlanta community who have reached senior-level positions within their profession, are leading entrepreneurs in their industry, or have attained the ability to influence large public bodies politically and in government. In addition to professional accomplishments, honorees have demonstrated their commitment to the citizens of metro Atlanta by maintaining significant involvement and participation in community and civic activities.

Tashwanda is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully resolved a wide variety of labor and employment disputes and provided employment counsel and crisis management assistance. She regularly represents management in both union and nonunion settings in the litigation of federal and state employment and labor law claims, with a particular focus on workplace safety and health (OSHA). 

In addition to her successful practice, Tashwanda is a veteran in her community, serving as a volunteer attorney for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, Chocolate Hearts, Inc., and as general counsel for the Atlanta Business League empowering the organization to achieve its mission and goals.

Tashwanda will be recognized during the “Women of Vision” Breakfast on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
