Balch & Bingham Welcomes Claire Williams to Litigation Practice in Jackson, Mississippi
Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome Claire Williams to our Jackson, Mississippi office as an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice.
Claire focuses on civil litigation and counsels clients through all stages of discovery and dispute resolution in state and federal court. In addition to defending clients in adversarial proceedings, Claire counsels employers on developing policies and how to navigate workplace challenges. Prior to joining the firm, Claire clerked for the Honorable Leslie H. Southwick of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Claire is dedicated to serving our community and is a member of the Junior League of Jackson, the Capital Area Bar Association, and Jackson Young Lawyers. She also serves on the Chapter Advisory Board for Kappa Delta Sorority at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Claire received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law where she served as an associate editor of the Mississippi College Law Review.
