John Pickering Named “Who’s Who in Banking” by the Birmingham Business Journal

John Pickering, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and co-chair of the Banking & Financial Services Practice, was featured in the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2023 “Who's Who in Banking” list, published on April 3, 2023. The annual list recognizes Birmingham’s top leaders in the banking sector. 

This is John’s third consecutive year being recognized on the Birmingham Business Journal’s “Who's Who in Banking” list.

“From CEOs to attorneys specializing in the banking business, our list runs the gamut of stalwart leaders who keep these critical operations abreast of the latest regulations and cybersecurity threats to ensure the safety of the funds entrusted to their institutions,” wrote Birmingham Business Journal’s Managing Editor about this year’s honorees. 

John focuses on commercial lending, including commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, government and institutional, syndications and participations, ABL, and factoring. He also advises clients on real estate development, leasing, financing, and partnership matters.
