For more than 30 years, the Supreme Court’s Commission on Dispute Resolution has played a vital role in shaping how conflicts are resolved across Alabama. It advances ADR within the state court system and the broader community by supporting initiatives like neighborhood dispute resolution and school-based conflict management programs, mediation of foreclosure disputes and other vital mediation and arbitration programs. The Commission also collaborates closely with the Administrative Office of Courts and the Alabama State Bar on various ADR studies and initiatives.
Pete is a registered mediator in the state of Alabama, with more than 25 years of experience helping parties resolve complex disputes through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes in matters involving products liability, workers compensation, personal injury, and employment disputes.
