The webinar titled, “The Nuts & Bolts of a §363 Motion,” will be the fourth webinar in the series, “The Nuts and Bolts of Bankruptcy Law 2023.” This webinar will seek to  explain what a §363 motion needs to include, the procedural requirements a debtor must satisfy to persuade a court to approve it, and the arguments that objecting parties may make in opposition.

This webinar will aim to put a §363 motion into proper context relative to a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case as a whole.
