    I represent electric utilities, casinos, physicians in business disputes, and landowners. I also represent debt collection companies in FDCPA, FCRA, and identity theft disputes. I am called upon to represent clients in bet the company cases.

  • Upon completion of jurisdictional discovery, United States District Court dismissal of a $650 million lawsuit in favor of 11 clients for claims of defamation, breach of contract, loss of business opportunity and civil conspiracy. (2021)
  • Following an 8-day in person trial during COVID, unanimous decision rendered by 3-person commercial arbitration panel under the AAA in favor of client for $0 whereby Plaintiffs sought $143 million in damages for fraud. (2020)
  • Mississippi Supreme Court decision in favor of client regarding Surface Mining Act whereby landowners were seeking more than $400 million in damages. (2019)

  • Jonathan successfully argued summary judgment motions in Federal Court resulting in the dismissal of approximately 100 hurricane related property claims against Crowley Liner Services in which 18 wheeler containers were washed ashore during Hurricane Katrina. (2008)
