About Meghan
Q&A
  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

The most exciting part of my job is tackling tough legal issues and finding the best possible solution for our clients. Each case involves its own unique challenges and requires creative ways to solve complex problems as the case develops. Every day is different because no two cases are the same.

  • What legal challenges are you looking forward to tackling in the future?

Select Matters

  • Fire claims: Assisted in successfully obtaining summary judgment for electric utility company in federal court on subrogation claims arising from a fire allegedly caused by the company's power meter.
  • Asbestos matters: Obtained summary judgment for product manufacturers in cases arising out of alleged asbestos exposure.
