Public and private sectors will need to cooperate and innovate within a complex regulatory framework in order to continue to assist our communities in providing their residents with safe and affordable housing. Similarly, many communities are seeing their infrastructure gradually deteriorate.  In a world where capital is increasingly difficult to obtain, states and local entities will face pressure to find creative ways to finance improvements for the well-being of their citizens.
