I have the honor of representing our clients in multiple capacities. During my career, I have worked with of countless companies defending product liability claims, including everything from medical device, pharmaceutical to asbestos litigation. For more than a decade, I have focused my product liability practice primarily on defending clients in silica litigation. I have defended thousands of silica cases across the Southeast.
In my labor and employment practice, I have more than two decades of experience in both state and federal court, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Labor (DOL), and state departments of employment security. I advise clients on hiring, employment contracts, accommodations for disabilities, requests for leave, workers’ compensation, discipline, terminations, wrongful termination, severance packages, discrimination, harassment, covenants not to compete, and claims for unemployment benefits. I litigate employment matters involving claims made under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), §1983 and the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA).
