Over the past twenty-five years, Lisa Dorough has acquired extensive experience in her commercial real estate practice with a unique emphasis on commercial transactions, leasing and development through her representation of hospitals, physician groups and numerous assisted living and nursing homes providers.
Lisa also regularly assists sellers, buyers, developers, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, sale, lease and development of commercial real estate. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and related corporate matters with particular emphasis on purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing and real estate development.
I represent a diverse range of clients, including real estate developers, commercial real estate firms, family-owned businesses, healthcare-related organizations, and both landlords and tenants.
I most often work on matters that help clients navigate a wide range of commercial transactions and provide practical, business-focused counsel for landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, helping them protect their interests and achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
