About Drew
Q&A
  • What types of matters do you work on most often?

My practice focuses primarily on advising my clients on, and negotiating and drafting on their behalf, key agreements and other transactional documents for their business, including: project design, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts; feedstock and delivery agreements; power purchase and other offtake agreements; regulatory credit and revenue sharing agreements; and all types of service and supply arrangements. I also advise and support my clients throughout all stages of their M&A activity.

  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

Before re-joining Balch in 2024, I served as Vice-President of a strategic advisory firm focusing on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and other external growth strategies. In this role, I regularly advised both energy and non-energy companies alike, across a number of geographies and markets.  I draw on this broad exposure and experience when advising and supporting my clients.
