About Evan
Q&A
  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

Following law school, I clerked for both a federal judge and a justice of the Georgia Supreme Court. These experiences provided invaluable understanding of the "do's and don'ts" of advocacy in both state and federal court and at both the trial and appellate level, whether it be a motion, hearing, argument, or trial. That insight helps ensure my clients receive the advice needed and results wanted.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

The most exciting part of my work is helping clients understand and navigate various areas of law. I advise clients based on their unique needs, and I enjoy researching and understanding how each situation fits into the broader framework of the rule of law.
